Sign In or Get Started

RoY uses passwordless sign-in. New and returning users follow the same steps:

1. Open the Sign-In Page

• From the RoY website, select "Protect Your Property" or "Log in".

2. Enter Your Work Email

• RoY will email you a six-digit, one-time sign-in code.

3. Verify the Code

• Enter the code within 10 minutes. You do not need to create a password.

4. Finish Setup

• If you are new to RoY, follow the in-app prompts after signing in. Invited team members should use the email address that received the invitation.

Connect your Cloudbeds account to Review of You by following the instructions below

1. Click "Connect" button below
2. Accept all the required permissions access checklist

NOTE: If you receive a permissions error, please ensure your Cloudbeds account has the proper role privileges to connect to Cloudbeds marketplace apps

1. Disconnect from Our App

• In our platform on your business page go to Cloudbeds API tab.
• Click "Disconnect".

2. What Happens When You Disconnect

• We remove your Cloudbeds credentials from our app.
• We immediately stop receiving new booking data from Cloudbeds.
• Existing synced data will remain in your account, but it will no longer update.
• You can reconnect at any time by following the connection steps again.

Disconnect directly in your Cloudbeds account:

• Click on Account
• Go to Apps & Marketplace
• Select Connected Apps
• Click the Disconnect button next to our app
